Helmed by Chef Yeo Kai Siang, Chez (pronounced shay) Kai is a modern Chinese restaurant with a strong focus on elevating humble ingredients, using French fine dining techniques.

Having worked in acclaimed establishments of varying cuisines both in Paris and locally, Chef Kai looked to hone his skills as a chef before he started his own home dining business in 2019.
With a strong passion for the culinary arts, Chef Kai wanted to use food as a medium to
connect with people.

After 2 years of hosting private dinners in his home, Chef Kai is finally ready to open the doors of Chez Kai to the public.

With a strong fundamentals in cooking, Chez Kai looks to serve each guest a lively meal, in a warm and familiar environment, much like a home.
